You have chosen "Add more stone"

This answer is incorrect. Adding more stone hoping to expand the surface area of the filtration bed is what got the young man in trouble in the first place. The lack of water circulation  and limited oxygen on the pond bottom does not allow for healthy break down of the silt. Adding more stone will lessen the circulation, further reducing the oxygen levels for the microorganisms, and the fish.
