Question:
I am new to koi. What is the growth pattern I can expect. My Koi are between 3" to 6" and they still look like goldfish. When will they start  looking like koi as, as far as size goes?

You can expect the young koi to gain at least 1/2 their size in one season. This is relative to the feed used and the water quality. As far as the color of the fish goes you can use a feed that contains color enhancers to bring out more of the red colors.
