TERMS & CONDITIONS We are happy that you have found the most reliable water garden supplier around. PLANTS Our plant material is grown by us, we are growers not just handlers, this gives us both some very serious advantages. Your plants will arrive fresh, true to name, and ready to pot. Plant material is shipped via United States Postal Service 3 Day Priority Mail. PUMPS The pumps we carry have a one year warrantee from the manufacturers. If in the unlikely event that pump would fail and is within warrantee you need to do the following to resolve any warrantee issues. Contact us so we can evaluate the problem. Many times these issues are easily solved (plugged intake, bad GFCI plug, etc.) If the pump is determined defective and has not been subjected to ubuse i.e. damage to cord, smashed, or otherwise generally busted by someone, something, or run dry. We will issue you a return autorization code to write on the box. Mail us the pump and a copy of your reciept. We will evaluate the pump and if it is defective and within warrantee we will replace the pump not including shipping charges. On occassion pump manufacturers make changes to models from year to year, we will do our best to match the pump that requires replacement. In no way does this statement extend or modify the manufacturers warrantee, nor does it imply or state free shipping on replacement items or free shipping on pump returns.
